Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Each paper is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers based on originality, methodological rigor, relevance to the seminar theme, and contribution to the field of higher education quality assurance. Reviewers’ comments and recommendations are used to determine acceptance, revision, or rejection. Authors are required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with the reviewers’ feedback to ensure academic quality and integrity of the published proceedings.
